Hand built reproduction of an American Federal Chest. It is a reproduction of a piece held by the Winterthur Museum that was built around circa 1830. Over 500 hours of work went into this piece using only period methods. Original commission value was $25,000.

Mirror supported by hand carved c scrolls
Vennered with cross grain figured, striped mahogany
All hand carved and constructed by hand
Drawer veneers done with rare crotch avodire veneer
Solid South American Genuine Mahogany
Period reproduction hardware, solid Brass
Chest is in new condition without any noticeable blemishes or flaws.
